Romantic Getaways - London - Day 2
August 4th, 2008 by romeoWelcome back to the Romantic City of London (day 2 of our romantic weekend break). Today we are going to be visiting some of London’s great locations for a wonderfully romantic end to the weekend.

Day 2
Enjoy a romantic breakfast in your hotel - either a champagne breakfast in the restaurant or a cosy breakfast in bed, courtesy of room service. This should create the right mood for the busy day ahead.
Today we are going to visit London Zoo; it’s a fantastic day out, with its rare breeds and Butterfly walk through area - it is the perfect day out! If you don’t like animals, why not take in some of our amazing Royal history by visiting Hampton Court Palace; which will take you back in time to the State Apartments of Henry VIII and William III. There is also an amazing collection of priceless Royal paintings.
Whilst you are out visiting the sights, why not stop for a romantic picnic in one of London’s many famous parks. Enjoy a romantic rowing boat trip in Hyde Park or the magnificent scenery and views of Alexandra Park and Palace!
London has so much to see and do, you will be spoilt for choice.
To the finish the weekend in style, take a trip to one of London’s famous theatres and catch one of the stunning shows. To avoid disappointment you will need to book in advance and there are some great offers to be found. Try discount theatre tickets for some great ticket prices.
